Patty Phillips, 67, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Hazel Bottoms Beasley and Pete and Rita Nelson (her aunt & uncle who raised her), was born January 18, 1959 in Jefferson County, KY. She died at 4:22 P.M., Wednesday, September 16, 2026 in Campbellsville. 

Patty professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. She was a retired employee with Modern Care in Campbellsville. Patty, who was affectionately known as “Grammy” to her grandkids, loved people and had so many friends. She also loved animals, social media and playing games on her phone.

1 daughter: Jessi Phillips of Nashville, Tennessee

2 grandchildren: Sophie Glapion and Kellan Glapion of Nashville, Tennessee

2 sisters & 1 brother: Linda Skaggs & husband Russ and Missy Chelf & husband Doug of Campbellsville; Greg Nelson & wife Lisa of Lexington

Sister-in-law: June Beasley of Paris, Tennessee

Many other relatives & friends

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy Beasley and a nephew, Clay Nelson.
