Donna Ann Taylor, 50, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Clifton Ray and Gracie Maydell (Followell) Orberson, was born October 23, 1975 in Lebanon, KY and departed this life on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at her home. 

She was a former CNA and a cosmetologist and was of the Christian faith.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Mary Lynn Oder and Dale Ray Orberson Conner and a nephew, Brandon Gore.

Her husband Chris Taylor of Campbellsville

4 children: Isabella Marie Tate & fiancé Logan Wiseman of Louisville, Dylan Tate, Tyler Milby & fiancé Payton Forrest, and Skylar Milby all of Campbellsville

5 grandchildren: Addison Rae Tate, Raelynn Marie Tate, Dallas Wayne Tate, Skylar Osinger, Ella Mae Milby

Nieces, nephews: Donna Marie Oder, Michael Ray Oder, Joseph Anthony Oder, and Ashley Dale Hill

Close family friends: Tommy & Jamie Dixon, Sonya Curry and Yolanda Tate

FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 1:00pmET at L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY

Cremation will follow.

VISITATION: Thursday after 10:00amET at the funeral home
