Lonnie Spear, 77, of Elizabethtown, KY (formerly of Campbellsville), son of the late Miley B. Spear and Orbazine Barnett Faulkner, was born January 1, 1949 in Taylor County, KY. He died at 4:50 P.M., Monday, August 31, 2026 in Elizabethtown. 

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Central Avenue Baptist Church, where he had served as a deacon. Lonnie was a retired employee of Parker-Kalon after 32 years of service.

His wife of 54 years: Cathy Farmer Spear of Elizabethtown

1 daughter & son-in-law: Jennifer & Ritchie Jenkins of Elizabethtown

3 grandchildren: Matthew Jenkins, Michael Jenkins and Alexandria Jenkins

2 sisters: Linda Richerson of Campbellsville and Brenda Argo of Norman, Oklahoma

1 half-brother: Otis Puryear of Greensburg

Lonnie was preceded in death by two brothers: Ronnie Spear and Vestal Spear.
