Teresa Marie Milby Collins, 49, of Summersville, KY, daughter of the late Ronnie Dean and Starlene Ann Creason Milby, was born on November 4, 1976 in Fort Campbell, KY. She departed this life on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Teresa was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Unit 124.

2 daughters: Shellby Milby and Maelee Collins both of Summersville

Visitation: After 11:00amCT on Wednesday at Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home
