Sam Trulock, 42, of Elk Horn, KY, son of Cheryl Lynn Evans Trulock and the late Samuel Emmitt Trulock, was born June 27, 1984 in Jefferson County, KY. He died at 5:20 P.M. on Sunday, August 2, 2026 in Bowling Green, KY. 

He professed faith in Christ and was of the Christian faith. Sam was employed as a truck driver.

2 children: Logan Emmitt Trulock of Campbellsville and Laidyn Tyler Long of Green County

1 granddaughter

His mother: Cheryl Lynn Trulock of Elk Horn

1 brother & 2 sisters: Chris Trulock & wife Sabrina of Campbellsville, Tracy Rhein & husband Allen of Casey County, and Tiffany Henderson & husband Josh of Hart County
