Sheila Gayle Malone, 63, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Ovlin “Joe” Cox and Annelle (Bault) Cox, was born December 18, 1962 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Friday, July 31, 2026 at her home. 

She was a former employee of 20 years for Phillips Lanes Bowling Alley and enjoyed sewing, flowers and spending time with family and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Johnnie Allen Cox and Douglas Wayne Cox and a brother-in-law, Johnny Newton.

Brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law: Debbie Viers, James Malone & companion Delayna, Tammy Jo Newton & husband Eric, Kimberly Clark & husband Steven, and Elizabeth Leake all of Campbellsville

FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with Bro. Eric Newton officiating

INTERMENT: Jones Chapel Cemetery

VISITATION: After 11:00 A.M. Thursday
