Angela Darlene Lane, 58, of Liberty, KY (formerly of Campbellsville), the daughter of Carol (Short) Owens and the late Donald Berlin Phelps, was born July 13, 1968 in Indiana and departed this life on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at the Russell County Hospital. 

She was a homemaker and enjoyed cell phone games, traveling the backroads, horses, and spending time with family and friends.

Her husband: Artis Lane of Liberty

Her mother: Carol Owens of Green Castle, Indiana

6 children: Rachel Redford of Harrodsburg, Rebecca Davis & husband Mike of Florida, Vikki Lane, Artie “Artie” Lane, Jr & wife Kayla and Sonya Lane all of Campbellsville, and Nathan Edwards & wife Tara of Liberty

1 brother & sister: Duke Phelps and Lana Phelps, both of Indiana

A host of grandchildren & great-grandchildren

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Tanya.

To honor her request, cremation rites were entrusted to L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
