Naomi C. Paxton, 89, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Cloyd and Amelia (Jones) Martin, was born August 19, 1936 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at Taylor Regional Hospital.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Naomi was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom for over 43 years.

She enjoyed working in the yard, loved flowers, cleaning and spending time with family and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death a brother and two sisters: Melvin Douglas Martin, Margaret Cross and Betty Sprowles.

SURVIVORS:

1 daughter: Deborah Gray of Campbellsville

2 chosen children: Susan Bryant & husband Kevin of Campbellsville and Robert D. Gray & wife Karen of Bowling Green.

Chosen grandchildren: Blake Sprowles & wife Ashley, Lexie Turpin & husband Brady, Brooke Gupton & husband Josh

Chosen great-grandchildren: Chandler and Gentry Turpin, Tripp Sprowles, Lexie Kate Gupton, Joshua and Jacob Gray

Special niece: Sheila Douglas & husband Billy Joe

Funeral Service: Will be conducted privately at L.R. Petty Funeral Home with Bro. Rodney Booe officiating

Entombment: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
