Suzanne “Susie” Crowder, 56, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Rev. Dorris Gene Crowder and Mabel Naomi Septer Crowder, was born May 1, 1970 in Henderson County, KY. She died at 5:39pmET on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 in Campbellsville.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church where she faithfully served on the graphic design and social media team. Suzanne started her career as the Kentucky state children’s librarian, then went into the Public School System. She had a heart for children and literature and used that passion to serve as librarian with many schools, eventually retiring from Campbellsville Elementary School. Throughout her life, Suzanne always thought about others and how she could make their lives better.

2 sisters: Cyndi Chadwick & husband Les of Campbellsville and Mary Crowder Bland of Bardstown

1 niece & 2 nephews: Kendall Lyvers & husband Cody, Andrew Bland and Hayden Bland

2 great-nephews: Graham Lyvers and Micah Lyvers

She was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Joseph Bland.
