Roger G. Coffey, 83, of Dunnellon, Florida passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026 at his home in Dunnellon under the loving care of his family and hospice of Marion County. He was born on July 20, 1942 in Keltner, KY to Ural and Clarice Love (Rodgers) Coffey.

Roger moved to Florida 26 years ago from Baltimore, Maryland. He was a member of Gulf to Lake Church in Crystal River, Florida, an avid golfer and a member of the Gulf to Lake Mens Golf League.

In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Coffey.

3 great grandchildren: Keeghan Coffey, Darby Halliday, and Bexley Coffey

Private cremation will take place under the direction of Brown Funeral Home and Crematory in Lecanto, Fl.

Memorial Service: Tuesday July 7, 2026 at 1:00pmET at the Gulf to Lake Church in Crystal River, Florida with Pastor Lloyd Bertine officiating
