Darrell Hunt, 91, of Campbellsville, KY, a son of the late Oliver Hunt and Elva Hunt, was born October 17, 1934 in Taylor County, KY. He died at 8:39 A.M., Monday, June 15, 2026 in Campbellsville. 

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Gilboa Baptist Church. Darrell was also an active member with the Gideons International for many years. He was a retired butcher with several different grocery stores. Darrell enjoyed playing golf and watching sports.

Darrell united in marriage to Nancy Burress June 17, 1956 and she preceded him in death on December 18, 2022.

3 daughters: Donna Faulkner & husband Scott and Cindy Hunt of Campbellsville; Allison Hunt & husband Thomas Bowen of Bellingham, Washington

2 grandsons: Chris Faulkner and Zack Faulkner & wife Baylee of Campbellsville

1 step-grandson: T.J. Bowen of Bellingham, Washington

1 sister: Mildred Wise & husband Carl of Lexington
