Lois Ann Smith Brown, 58, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Herlan Mann Smith and Betty Lou (Clements) Smith, was born January 17, 1968 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 in Louisville at the University Hospital. 

She was a former employee of Service Cleaners in Campbellsville and a caregiver for the elderly. Lois was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed watching her grandson play baseball, babysitting, spending time with grandchildren, and spending time with family and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Terry Levi Powell; two brothers and a sister: Marilyn Judd, Donnie Clements and James Alfred Smith; and a half-sister, Lana Smith.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, June 8, 2026 at 1:00pmET at L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY

INTERMENT: Columbia Cemetery

VISITATION: After 11:00amET on Monday at the funeral home
