Roger Dale Wethington, 71, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Louis Vernon and Ruby Nadine (Bedwell) Wethington, was born October 4, 1954 in Casey County, KY and departed this life on Saturday, May 23, 2026 in Liberty at the Casey County Hospital.

He was a logger and of the Christian faith.

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother and three sisters: Steven, Retha May and Barbara Kay Wethington, and Freda Ann Jeffries.
