Pamela Ruth Handy Burriss, 75, of the Bramlett community of Green County, KY, daughter of the late Thomas Ed and Margaret Howard Handy, was born on October 3, 1950 in Green County. She departed this life on Friday, May 1, 2026 at her home.
Pamela accepted Christ and was a member of Summershade Methodist Church. She was a retired dairy farmer, as well as having worked at Fruit of the Loom for 18 years and Tammy’s Closet.
Pam was a loving wife, mom, and nanny.

Her husband of 58 years: Danny Hardin Burriss of the Bramlett community
1 son & daughter-in-law: Brian & Christy Burriss of Greensburg
5 grandchildren: Slade Burriss and Layke Burriss both Campbellsville, Allie Jo Burriss, Brian Dane Burriss and Daylee Claire Burriss all of Green County
2 great-grandchildren: Easton Burriss and Bramlett Burriss (& another great-granddaughter expected in July, Colby Monroe)
1 brother & sister-in-law: Larry & Ada Mae Handy of Greensburg
1 sister & brother-in-law: Tammy & Keith Clements of Greensburg
Brother-in-law & 2 sisters-in-law: Elaine Simpson, and Kim & Pee Diddle Darnell of Greensburg

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law: Eunie and Flodenia Burriss; one brother-in-law: Charlie Simpson.
Funeral Service: Monday, May 4, 2026 at 11:00amCT at Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY with Bro. Larry Wisdom officiating
Burial: Summershade Cemetery
Visitation: Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 3:00pm-8:00pmCT and Monday after 7:00amCT at the funeral home
Pallbearers: Slade Burriss, Layke Burriss, Dane Burriss, Tony Gray, Keeton Clements, Allie Burriss, Daylee Burriss, Don Church, Eddie Judd and Robbie Beard
