Michael Dean Baldwin, Sr, 68, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Bradley Ansel and Lula Candis (Bolt) Baldwin, was born July 29, 1957 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 in Louisville at the Hosparus Inpatient Care. 

He was a member of the East Campbellsville Church of God and a retired employee of Metalsa of Elizabethtown and Fruit of the Loom. Michael enjoyed working and spending time with family, especially his “boys” Michael and Andy and “Pop” to four grandchildren. He was a dedicated hardworking man with faith and loved to laugh and make others laugh.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Valerie Baldwin; a brother, Shirrell Baldwin; and a sister, Shirley Burress.

1 brother & 3 sisters: Jimmy Baldwin & wife Marian, Judy Hampton, Jennifer Graham & husband Frankie and Denise Graham & husband Marshall all of Campbellsville

Half-sister: Ann Nunn of Greensburg

Sister-in-law: Tammy Baldwin of Mt. Washington

4 grandchildren: Ayden, Aurora, Luke and Levi Baldwin

His mother-in-law: Charlene Back

Funeral Service: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Doug Baldwin officiating

A PRIVATE burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.

Visitation: Tuesday, May 12, 2026 from 5-8 P.M. and Wednesday after 8 AM until time for the service
