Michelle Dawn Couch, 54, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of Linda (Lichtsinn) and the late Carlie Hicks, was born May 22, 1971 in Fort Wayne, Indiana and departed this life on Monday, May 4, 2026 at Taylor Regional Hospital. 

She was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed music, reading and spending time with her family and grandkids.

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters: Kimberly, Kevin and Tina Hicks and James Branstetter; three grandchildren: Jackson, Victor and Chloe, and her step-father, Terry Hohn.

3 brothers & 2 sisters: Jason Hicks, Paul Jones & wife Jenny of Campbellsville, Dovie Kirkland & husband Chris and Marcie Smith of London, and Johnny Nelson & wife Sherry of Oklahoma

11 grandchildren: Bryan, Angelina, Ciara, Gabriella, Carly, Serenity, James, Jody, Christopher, Jr., Adom and Nevach

VISITATION: Thursday, May 7, 2026 from 5:00pm-8:00pmET at L.R. Petty Funeral Home

Cremation will follow; no funeral service is scheduled.

Memorials are suggested to be donations to the Funeral Expense Fund and may be made at the funeral home.
