Kenneth Wayne Underwood, 78, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Carl Bloyd Underwood and Mary Kathryn Wright Underwood, was born on April 22, 1948 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. 

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Riverside Baptist Church. He worked as an insurance salesman for many years for Transamerica Life Insurance Company, formerly known as Monumental Life. He was a former member of Okolona Street Rods Club.

He was united in marriage to Shirley Patterson Underwood on September 1, 2012, who preceded him in death on October 15, 2023.

Besides his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by a brother: Charles Underwood.
