Evelyn Carol (Fair) Vaught, 84, of Elk Horn, KY, the daughter of the late Abram “Abe” and Mamie Lee (Clements) Fair, was born May 4, 1941 in Casey County, KY and departed this life on Friday, April 24, 2026 in Campbellsville at the Grandview.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Farmers Chapel Church. Evelyn worked for Fruit of the Loom for over 35 years.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two spouses: Melvin Hicks and Warren Vaught; a son, Tony Hicks; a daughter, Linda Sallee; her brothers: Vitus, Bill, Hearl, Rufus and Earl Fair; and her fiancé, Willard Smith.
