Phillip Williams, 43, was born July 14, 1982 in Tampa, Florida to the late Harold Williams and Debra Lynn Gude. He departed this life on Saturday April 18, 2026 at his home on East Columbia Avenue in Greensburg, KY.

He worked in warehousing as a forklift operator.
