Jan Smith Feese, 74, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Frank Paige Smith and Nell Burton Tapscott Smith, was born July 2, 1951 in Taylor County, KY. She died at 11:11 P.M., Sunday, April 5, 2026 in Campbellsville. 

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Jan was a retired middle school teacher with the Campbellsville Independent School System.
