Patsy Glasscock Forman, 91, of Campbellsville, KY, a daughter of the late Hugh Glasscock and Aline Mann Glasscock of Bradfordsville, KY was born December 25, 1934 in Lebanon, KY. She left her earthly home to join her Lord and Savior at 3:40 A.M. on Sunday, March 29, 2026.

Patsy professed faith in Christ at a young age and had been a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church since 1968. She was known as a prayer warrior spending many hours in prayer on behalf of family, friends, and even strangers.

Mrs. Forman retired from Campbellsville High School after 27 years of teaching Home Economics, having obtained a Master’s Degree and her Rank 1. She served as Sunday School Teacher for over 50 years, was on the Board of Director of Homeplace on Green River, and a member of Taylor County Retired Teachers Organization.

SURVIVORS:

2 daughters: Marsha Ellis Benningfield & husband Dickie and Melisa Ellis Morris & husband Mark, both of Campbellsville

3 grandchildren: Valerie Dykes & husband Seth, Natalie Walters & husband Jesse of Campbellsville, and Reed Benningfield & wife Joanna of Indiana

6 great-grandchildren: Colton Dykes, Landon Dykes, Avery Walters, Drake Benningfield, Summer Benningfield and Frankie Beimrohr

1 brother: Hugh Allen Glasscock & wife Helen of Auburn, KY

Several nieces & nephews

Many other relatives & friends

Patsy was also proceeded in death by one granddaughter, Lindsey Benningfield; one sister and one brother: Phyllis Sullivan and Billy Ray Glasscock.
