Lou Ann Gladson, 64, of Elk Horn, KY, the daughter of the late Russell Eugene Cooper and Annabelle (Burnett) Cooper, was born November 20, 1961 in Springfield, Illinois and departed this life on Sunday, March 15, 2026 in Greensburg at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital. 

She was a former security guard, a homemaker and was of the Christian faith. Lou Ann enjoyed training dogs and horses.

1 daughter: Audria Richmond & companion Stoy King of Elk Horn

1 son: Jared Justin Gladson & wife Samantha of Louisville

1 sister & 2 brothers: Carmen Maurer, Bill Cooper and Gary Cooper all of Illinois

4 grandchildren: Rubye Richmond, Emmie Gladson, Jared Justin Gladson, Jr and Sammy Gladson

To honor the wishes of Lou Ann Gladson, cremation rites were entrusted to L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville. NO funeral service is planned at this time.
