David Lee Paige, 74, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late James Wesley Dunlap and Verna Mae Shively, was born July 7, 1951 and departed this life on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at his home. 

He was a retired employee of Western Kentucky Gas Company and enjoyed playing basketball, doing things around the house and taking his wife fishing.

His wife of 48 years: Sarah Harrington Paige

His siblings: Deforest Paige of Campbellsville, Betty Harrington, James E. Dunlap, and Felicia Durham all of Indianapolis, Carol Robinson, Joyce Dunlap, Faye Williams (Phil), Helen Hazelwood (William), and John Dunlap all of Campbellsville, and Donnie Dunlap of Anchorage, Alaska

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his Bonus-father, Lawrence Paige, and four brothers: George Paige, Len Paige, Raymond Paige, and James L. Dunlap.

Cremation was chosen according to David’s wishes and there will be no services.
