Altie Jane Crumpton Judd, 97, Greensburg, KY

 

Altie Jane Crumpton Judd, 97, of the Pierce community of Green County, KY, a daughter of Earnest Crumpton and Addie Dangerfield Crumpton, was born on January 26, 1929 in West Point, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at her home. 

 

Mrs. Judd had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Trammell Creek Baptist Church. She was a member of the Women’s Missionary Union and Tuesday Prayer Warriors.

 

She was united in marriage to Rollin Pleas Judd on March 11, 1949 who preceded her in death on November 30, 2010.

 

SURVIVORS:

2 sons & daughters-in-law: Rollin Dale Judd & Mitzi of Horse Cave, and William David Judd & Brenda of Green County

9 grandchildren: Pam Perkins of Greensburg, Lisa and Ronnie Atkins of Edmonton, Tammy and Mike Sloan of Horse Cave, Andrew Judd of Hart County, Maria and Sean Johnson of Nashville, Penny and Brian Cruse of Texas, Annessa and Michael Jeffries, Rebecca and Tim Shuffett, and Joshua and Miranda Judd all of Green County

3 step-grandchildren: Kelly and J.T. Rock, Hillary and Julian Wright, and Alice and Hunter Murray all of Horse Cave

13 great-grandchildren, 6 step great-grandchildren & 1 step great-great-grandchild

 

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Jean Judd Cavenaugh; a son, Thomas Ray Judd; a great-grandchild, Jared Patterson; and a great-great-grandchild, Jackson Cox.

Funeral Service: Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 2:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY with Bro. Todd Young and Bro. Jeff Eastham officiating

 

Burial: Macedonia Cemetery
 

Visitation: Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and Sunday after 7:00amCT at the funeral home

 

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Macedonia Cemetery Fund or to the Gideon Bible Fund, and can be made at the funeral home.
