Marvin Perry Rooker Jr., 78, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Marvin P. Rooker and Martha Evelyn Rigsby Bailey, was born January 1, 1948 in Lawrenceburg, TN and departed this life on February 3, 2026 in Campbellsville.

Marvin professed faith in Christ and was a former manager for GTE. He enjoyed golf, riding his Harley, running, gardening and flowers, playing guitar, and train memorabilia.

2 children: Adrian Hackney and Taci Rooker, both of Springfield, MO

4 grandchildren: Allie Pritchett, Alyssa Hackney, Alex Hackney, and Paige Rooker

4 great-grandchildren

3 brothers: Roger Rooker (Ina), Scott Rooker (Terry), and Gary Rooker (Bonnie), all of Campbellsville

His former wife: Elizabeth Rooker of Buffalo, MO

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Todd Malone.
