Betty Jewell Gaddie Hinton, 90, of Campbellsville, KY, a daughter of the late Waller Aylett “Bud” Gaddie and Bettie Smith Gaddie, was born March 7, 1935 in Taylor County, KY. She died at 1:43 A.M., Thursday, January 29, 2026 in Campbellsville.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. Betty was a retired employee of Taylor County Bank after 42 years of service. She loved having bright flowers on her patio. Betty was concerned about others and always kept a prayer list.
She united in marriage to Bobby Hinton August 20, 1960 and he preceded her in death on November 14, 2009.

9 grandchildren: Megan Fields & husband James, Shay Graybeal & husband Wes, Jason McGinnis & wife Ashley, Donnie Brockman, Timmy Curry and Troy Curry of Campbellsville, Jennifer Johnson & husband Larry of Versailles, Brian Childers & wife Rachel, and Sean Childers & wife Bobbie of Idaho
Several step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren
1 sister: Ina Edwards & husband Joey of Horse Cave

Many other relatives & friends
She was also preceded in death by a step-daughter, Deborah Harris and one brother and one sister: Bobby Gaddie and Peggy Litton.
