Rebecca Lee “Ladelthia” Mohnen, 39, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of Jerry and Patricia (Rager) Mohnen, was born September 16, 1986 in Greenville, KY and departed this life on Saturday, January 24, 2026 in Louisville at the University Hospital.

She was a stay-at-home mom and had a soft spot for animals. Ledelthia enjoyed art, clay sculpting, painting, drawing, and taking care of her pets.
