Troy Allen Key, 51, of the Roley community of Adair County, KY, the son of Thomas James Key and the late Charlette (Whittington) Allen, was born July 1, 1974 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Sunday, January 18, 2026 in Campbellsville, at Taylor Regional Hospital.

Troy was a delivery tech for Patient Aids in Campbellsville and was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed audiobooks, UK Basketball, fishing, cooking, and making people laugh, but most of all, spending time with family.

1 son: Wade Key & companion Hallie Boils

3 brothers & 1 sister: Tommy Key & wife Kathy, Timmy Key, Scott Key & wife Valerie, and Lisa Pinkston

2 grandchildren: Saylor Grace Riley and Carter Bruce Riley
