Debbie Kay Bloyd Lane, 70, of Greensburg, KY, a daughter of Margie Parson Bloyd and the late Silas Bloyd, was born on August 5, 1955 in Campbellsville, KY. She departed this life on Monday, December 29, 2025 at her home.
Debbie retired from Taylor Regional Hospital, where she dedicated many years of service. She enjoyed gardening and planting flowers and took great pride in caring for her home and yard. Debbie dearly loved her dog, Ettie.
She was a faithful member of South Summersville Baptist Church, where she served as the church pianist and shared her love of music with the congregation.

Great-grandchildren: Lily Morgan, Laelah Morgan, Kenzley McIntosh, Kreed Artist and Oaklynn Durrett
2 sisters: Beverly Bloyd Clark (Philip Cox) and Kathy Bloyd Curry, both of Greensburg

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Grace Marie Gentry, and one brother-in-law, Steve Curry.
Funeral service: 11 AM, Central Time, on Friday, January 2, 2026 at the South Summersville Baptist Church with Bro. Leslie Jewell officiating
Burial: Wilson Cemetery
Visitation: Thursday from 4 PM until 8 PM, Central Time, at South Summersville Baptist Church, and after 7 AM Friday until the time of the service at the church
Pallbearers: Dylan Gentry, Caiden Durrett, Tyler McDowell, Micah Patton, Gary Harris and Bradley Shirrell
Honorary Pallbearers: Kyle Curry, Nolin Riggs, and the WMU Ladies at South Summersville Baptist Church
