Vicki Jo Middleton, 61, of Liberty, KY, daughter of Joyce (Wilson) Blair and the late Jerry Martin Middleton, was born in Boyle County, KY on November 25, 1964. She departed this life on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Taylor Regional Hospital.

Vicki had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a former employee of several local restaurants and factories, as well as Disneyworld. She loved to make people laugh and her friends carry many stories of times spent socializing, listening to music, or hunting arrowheads, but always having fun.

2 siblings: Christopher Middleton and James Middleton

1 grandson: Kian

Lifelong best friend: Cathy Wiser

Funeral Service: Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 1:00pmET in the chapel of L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY with Micah Sears officiating

Burial: Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Casey County

Visitation: Beginning at 11:00amET on Wednesday at the funeral home
