OBITS

Bradley W. Mitchell, 64, Greensburg, KY

Bradley W. Mitchell, 64, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late Joseph Warren Mitchell and Hazel Savannah Keltner Mitchell, was born on October 12, 1961 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at his home.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Green Hill Baptist Church. He loved the Lord and would listen to the Christian radio station everyday. He drove the church bus and picked up kids for Wednesday night services for many years.

Brad was a kindhearted, loyal husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, son and friend. He played baseball for the American Legion in Greensburg and loved the New York Yankees. He also loved playing softball, both regular and coed, and liked shooting pool. He was a Kentucky fan, through and through and always said his blood was blue and blue.

He worked for the State Highway Department for 28 years and pushed a lot of snow. After his father passed away, he was a blessing to his mother and continually did everything he could to help her. He had two dogs that he loved dearly in his life, Sadie and Max. They were his best friends and companions. He enjoyed his CB radio where his call sign was “Mealtickett” and had friends across the world that he would talk to.

Brad was a devout family man, took great care of his wife, and loved his children and family with all he had. He had a wonderful smile and gave wonderful hugs. He will be missed.
