James Rex Allen, 67, of Campbellsville, KY, a son of the late James Allen and Eldora (Beard) Allen, was born September 9, 1958 in Indianapolis, Indiana and departed this life on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 in Greensburg at the Green River Trails. 

He was an installer of flooring and was a member of the Otter Creek Separate Baptist Church. James enjoyed hunting, fishing, drawing and good food.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Kay Wethington and Sandra Cissell.
