Darrell Gene Davis, 85, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Oscar “Doc” Davis and Thelma (Sinclair) Davis, was born June 13, 1940 in Cumberland County, KY and departed this life on Monday, November 17, 2025 in Louisville at the Jewish Hospital. 

He was an employee of Campbellsville Industries and was a member of the Pittman Valley Baptist Church.

Darrell enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, visiting family and friends, going to church, eating good food while being an avid UK fan.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Darrell Tracy Davis; three sisters and a brother: Caroline Jones, Cheryl Benningfield, Linda Cox and Mark Davis; and special friend, Danny Clark.
