Roy Franklin “Frank” Fulks, 70, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late James Abner and Grace (Gribbins) Fulks, was born May 7, 1955 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at his home. 

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the 3trees Church in Campbellsville and was an electrician. Frank, as he was mostly known, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and training his beagle hounds and was in the Beagler Hall of Fame.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Daisy Deweese.

7 grandchildren: Memphis Milby, Chesney Davis, Ryder, Ridge, Archer, Grace Fulks, and Brylee Sprowles
