William Glenn “Bill” Jones, 69, of Sidon, Mississippi was born on June 5, 1956 and passed from this life on Monday, November 10, 2025 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Mr. Jones was a retired truck driver and had served his country honorably in the United States Army. Always a family man, he especially enjoyed time spent with his children and grandchildren, and was a talented guitarist and drummer.

Mr. Jones was the devoted husband of Geraldine (Karnes) Jones until her passing on March 18, 2022. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sherri Jones.

2 daughters: Sandra Santos & husband Didi of Greenwood, MS, and Beth McDonald & husband Cody of Campbellsville

1 son: KJ Summers and wife Sherry of Maricopa, AZ

Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews, and other relatives & friends

FUNERAL SERVICE: Friday, November 14, 2025 at 11:00amET at L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY

BURIAL: Lebanon National Cemetery with full military honors by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard

VISITATION: After 9:00amET on Friday at the funeral home
