Sara Elizabeth Siekierke, 34, of Elkhorn, KY, the daughter of Gary Siekierke and Melissa Cox Siekierke, was born June 14, 1991 in Campbellsville, and departed this life on Saturday, November 1, 2025 in Campbellsville. 

She professed faith in Christ and attended Elk Horn Baptist Church. She was an employee of Amazon.com and was a picker. She enjoyed horse riding, amusement parks, concerts, spending time with her family and friends, and her animals.

Funeral Service: Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 2pmET at L.R. Petty Funeral Home with Dr. Brian Rafferty officiating 

Burial: Brookside Cemetery

Visitation: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 5-8pmET at the funeral home and again on Thursday until time of service
