William Lee Beams, 62, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late Winford Beams and Ruby Walker Beams, was born on July 18, 1963 in Green County and departed this life on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at his home.

William served our country honorably for 2 years, having served in the United States Army. Later he began construction work as a concrete finisher.

2 sons & a daughter-in-law: Samuel Dalton Beams & Sidney of Campbellsville and Tristan Lee Beams of South Carolina

1 daughter: Joslyn Rain Beams of South Carolina

2 grandchildren: Beckham Beams of Campbellsville and Kayson Lee Beams of South Carolina

1 brother: Harold Beams of Greensburg

Special friend: Bri McKinney of Greensburg

A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Davis and a brother, Randall Beams.

Visitation: Sunday, October 12, 2025 from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY with cremation to follow.

There will be no other services at this time.

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Family Memorial Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
