Karol Wade “Joe” Bloyd, 73, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Arnold and Doris (Judd) Bloyd, was born August 13, 1952 in Green County, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at his home.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Separate Baptist Church and was a retired employee of the Green County Board of Education in the maintenance department.

He was a “jack of all trades”, enjoyed working on cars, loved a good looking lawn, and was very competitive when it came to card playing, but most of all, he loved spending time with family.

3 brothers & 2 sisters: Roger Bloyd & wife Barbara Jean and Janie Penick & husband Doug of Campbellsville, David Bloyd & wife Beverly and Eddie Bloyd & wife Sharon of Greensburg, and Linda Warner & husband Steve of Campbellsville

7 grandchildren: Amber Abell & husband Jordan, Halie Hall & husband Hagan, Brodie Warren, Kaden Bloyd, Gradie Warren, Kynslee Bloyd and Kree Bloyd

3 great-grandchildren: Holland Hall, Silas Abell and Anna Kate Abell

INTERMENT: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens
