Kenneth G. Howard, 75 of Greensburg, KY, son of the late Oron Howard and Mary A. Hickey Howard, was born on Monday, October 10, 1949 in California and departed this life on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Norton Hospital in Louisville. 

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Ninth and O Baptist Church. He worked in production for Reynolds Metals for 30 years and was an avid motorcycle rider in his free time.

He served our country honorably during the Vietnam War, having served in the United States Army from 1967-1970.

SURVIVORS:

His wife of 55 years: Mary Lou Vance Howard         

2 sons: Brandon Quinn Howard of Greensburg and Joshua Howard of Louisville

4 daughters: Chianne Lain of Columbia, Chaylin Thompson of Lebanon, Cadi Bennett and Chloe Howard both of Campbellsville

8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild

One brother: Mike Howard of Oklahoma

1 sister: Cathy Crawford of San Diego, California

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by two sisters: Darlene and Joyce.

Honoring his wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be no formal service at this time.

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Hope for Homes Ministries which can be made at the funeral home.
