Timothy Scaggs, 66, of Campbellsville, KY, son of Ronald Omer Scaggs of Roanoke, Virginia and the late Shelba Delores Hartman Scaggs, was born on September 21, 1959 in Washington, DC and departed this life on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at his friend’s home in Campbellsville. 

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Separate Baptist Church. He worked as a laborer of Wildcat Gas Company and volunteered for many ministries including: Toys for Tots, Blessings of Hope Chairty, In His Hands Ministry, and Gods Wheels Charity. He was also a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association – Campbellsville Chapter and the CKWP group.

His wife of 10 years: Judy Lynn Scaggs of Campbellsville

1 daughter: Chasity Dawn Scaggs of North Carolina

1 son: Timothy Aaron Omer Scaggs of Campbellsville

His Father: Ronald Omer Scaggs of Roanoke, VA

Stepmother & stepfather: Marilyn & Jim Howard of North Carolina

3 grandchildren

4 brothers & 3 sisters: Randy Scaggs, Ron Scaggs, Ilona Todd, and Doug Stanley, Jr. all of Roanoke, VA; Ginger Stewart and Jeff Hartman of Virginia; and Kimberly Edmisten of Montana

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gods Wheels Charity which can be made at the church or the funeral home.
