Betsy Carol Sharp, 85, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Hubert Carson Hopper and Mary Gladys (Kimble) Hopper, was born August 29, 1940 in Illinois, and departed this life on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at her home.

She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom and enjoyed cooking and traveling.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vaughan Sharp II; a sister and a brother: Barbara Jean Hemby and Kenton Hopper.

SURVIVORS:

1 daughter: Carol Howerton & husband Billy of Campbellsville

3 grandchildren: Kelly King & companion Cody Johnson, Alex Foster & companion Curt Peterson, and Mary Dunford

2 sisters-in-law: Sue Navarre and Barbara Sharp Zimmerman, both of Jamestown
