Gary Windel “Monkey” Hubbard of Campbellsville, 77, son of the late Glen and Justine (Webb) Hubbard, was born in Taylor County on October 19, 1947. He departed this life on Friday, September 5, 2025 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Monkey was a plumber and welder by trade, and a well-known member of the Campbellsville community. He loved sharing a cup of coffee with his friends and family and was an avid outdoorsman.

His wife: Sharon (Perkins) Hubbard
2 children: Gary “Little Monkey” Hubbard, Jr. and Donna Hubbard Corbin, both of Campbellsville
3 siblings: Lorena Hubbard, Mildred Sorrells, and Karen Williams, all of Campbellsville
7 grandchildren: Brandi Corbin, Gary Chase Hubbard, Bailey Stearman, Mason Fisher, Lilly-Rose Hubbard, Samantha Hubbard, and Waylor Gunner Hubbard
1 great-grandson: Kamden Corbin
A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives & friends
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Amuel “Turkey” Hubbard.

BURIAL: Green River Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery
