David Allen Smothers, 70, of Greensburg, KY, the son of the late David and Phyllis Ann (Followell) Smothers, was born February 27, 1955 in Lebanon, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at his home. 

He was a former truck driver and a member of Mannsville Christian Church. He enjoyed online simulation racing, woodworking, and was a craftsman and could fix anything mechanical.
