Tammy Owen, 59, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of Joyce (Drake) Neil and the late Donald Olsen, was born December 10, 1965 in Geneva, New York and departed this life on Wednesday, August 26, 2025 at her home.

She was a former waitress and cook. Tammy enjoyed cooking, reading, and working puzzles.
