Clyde Hayes, 92, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Arthur Harlan Hayes and Bessie Sidebottom Hayes, was born September 26, 1932 in Taylor County, KY. He died at 11:48amET on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 in Campbellsville.

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Palestine Baptist Church. Clyde owned and operated Creative Press for over 60 years and was a long-time farmer at heart.

His wife of 44 years: Ruth Ann Hayes of Campbellsville

4 sons & 2 daughters: Tommy Hayes & wife Peggy, Larry Hayes, Timmy Hayes, and Shondah Cox & husband Tim of Campbellsville, Ricky Hayes & wife Kelli of Harrodsburg, and Kristie Hayes DuSharm of Glasgow

10 grandchildren: John, Kim, Nikki, Kayla, Matthew, Ashley, Candace, Thomas, Tara, Morgann, Lexi, Reif, Kamree and Jayden

He was also preceded in death by a son, Bobby Ray Hayes August 16, 2022; a great-grandchild, Taylor Hayes; and one brother and sister: Auburn Hayes and Roberda McCubbin.
