James Wilbert Vincent, 67, of Summersville, KY, son of the late Gilbert and Rudell Clark Vincent, was born on December 11, 1957 in Leitchfield, KY. He departed this life on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. James enjoyed riding motorcycles, was a member of the American Legion Riders, and a member of the Sons of the American Legion Rod Lowe Squadron #124.

His wife: Cindy Vincent, having united in marriage on September 2, 2006.

1 daughter: Amy Marie Middleton (Amanda) of Elizabethtown

5 grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his siblings: Terry Vincent and Mike Vincent.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 3:00pmCT on the grounds of the American Legion Rod Lowe Post #124 in Greensburg, with cremation to follow.

Visitation: Tuesday from 1:00pm-2:30pmCT at Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY

All motorcycle riders are requested to meet at the funeral home by 2:30pmCT on Tuesday.

Pallbearers: Steven Bowles, Steve Stone, Justin Cundiff, Robbie Bagby, Tyler Jay Vincent and Mike Swihart
