Charles “Chuck” Hilton, 71, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late James Emmart Hilton and Dorothy Louise Cassidy Hilton, was born on June 24, 1954 in Louisville, KY and departed this life on Friday, August 1, 2025 at T.J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow, KY.
He had made a profession of a deep spiritual life, including laughing, loving, and bringing joy to everyone he met. Chuck was a musician and started a tour with David, Londa and himself call Oasis in the USO for two tours visiting various countries such as, Spain, Turkey, Korea, Germany, Morocco, and more. They also played in St. Croix between tours. In 1982 he reformed Oasis with his musical brothers, Mike and Mark, and they played in Florida and Louisville. After retiring his professional music career, he became a salesman for Kenmark Optical for 20 plus years. Chuck enjoyed nature, simple pleasures, and being surrounded by his loving family and friends.

A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Jim Hilton.
In accordance to Mr. Charles “Chuck” Hilton’s wishes, cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
