Zelma Faye Parson, 79, of Campbellsville, KY passed peacefully from this life on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born in Taylor County on February 6, 1946, a daughter of the late Edwin and Beryl (Goff) Smith.

Mrs. Parson was a caretaker at heart and earned a living tending to the needs of patients at nursing homes in Taylor, Green and Jefferson counties. She was the cherished wife of Junior Parson, who preceded her in death on October 24, 2023. She was also preceded in death by a twin sister, Thelma Maye Gore.

4 stepchildren: Margaret Parson & husband Jeff Wheat of Campbellsville, Roy Parson & wife Dorothy of Russell Springs, Keith Parson & wife Monica of Winchester, and George Ratliff, Jr. of Greensburg

Graveside Service: Sunday, August 3, 2025 at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Ramon Hollins officiating
