Shona Lynn McKenzie, 55, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late James Franklin McKenzie and Jeanette (Fields) Mattingly was born July 22, 1970 in Marion County, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at her home.
She was a homemaker and was a parishioner of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Raywick, KY. Shona enjoyed the outdoors, history, shopping and her pets.

2 children: Joshua Fields of Lexington and Paige Lynette Hendrickson Darland & husband Dennis of Springfield
2 brothers: Opie Whitehead, Jr of Lebanon and Robert McKenzie of Missouri
5 grandchildren: Isla Joleigh, Sutter Thaine and Macon August Lavelle Fields, A’Laiyah Faith and Lillian Reign Young

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Liam Marshall Scott Fields.
