Alma Ruth Williams, 92, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Clayton Hensley and Lizzie Bell Chreene Hensley, was born April 12, 1933 in Louisiana and departed this life on June 24, 2025 at Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab. 

She was of the Pentecostal Faith and a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, making quilts, and was a most excellent cook.

She united in marriage to Eugene Wright, and he preceded her in death on March 15, 2008. She later united in marriage to Herbert Williams, who survives.

3 daughters: Linda Ruth Petitt & husband Charlie, Theresa Diane Lee & husband Rick, and Ava Jane Newell & husband Marc

3 stepsons: Lonnie Williams, Donnie Williams, and Ronald Dean Williams

15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, & 4 great-great-grandchildren

She was also preceded in death by four children: Emma Jean Boykin, Wanda Darlene Wright, Johnny Eugene Wright, and William Clayton Wright; and several siblings: Ruby Cunningham, William Hensley, Reba Roberts, Amy Smith, Helen Fields, Marvin Hensley, Hardy Hensley, and Curtis Hensley.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. at the L. R. Petty Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Elk Horn Cemetery

VISITATION: Tuesday after 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service
